Dining Services Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including snacks, meals, and special dietary needs, to meet the nutritional and culinary needs of our residents
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with dietary team members to plan and implement menus, including nutrition education and meal planning for residents with special diets
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients whenever possible
• Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, addressing any concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner
