Dining Server – Senior Living Community

About the role

The Dining Server provides timely, professional meal service in a senior living community, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role emphasizes creating a positive, inclusive environment and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders using community systems
• Assist residents with menu selections and describe menu items
• Maintain cleanliness by bus and resetting tables according to standards
• Ensure a clean, organized dining area and adhere to food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings
• Build positive connections with residents to enhance their dining experience

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver excellent service
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Pay

Compensation ranges from $15.92 to $19.90 per hour.
