Role Overview

As a Dining Server in a senior living community, you will deliver professional, timely meal service to residents and guests, creating a warm and welcoming dining environment. The position emphasizes creating meaningful experiences and contributing positively to residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide menu descriptions
• Bus and reset tables according to community standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bistro
• Complete side work and opening/closing duties
• Participate in pre-meal meetings to review menus
• Use systems for order entry and meal delivery
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Build positive connections with residents to enhance their dining experience

Pay and Benefits
