Dining Server – Senior Living Community

Position: Dining Server in Senior Living Community As a Dining Server, your primary responsibilities include delivering timely and professional food and beverage service, assisting residents with menu selections, and creating a warm, welcoming dining environment. You will take and accurately deliver orders, bus and reset tables according to community standards, and maintain a clean dining space. Additionally, you'll complete side work, participate in pre-meal meetings, and utilize Sunrise systems for order accuracy. Following all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards is essential. The role emphasizes building positive connections with residents through excellent service, contributing to a hospitable atmosphere. Key qualifications include strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.
