Dining Server – Senior Living Community

About the role

We are seeking a Dining Server responsible for delivering professional, timely meal service in a senior living community. The role emphasizes creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere by building positive connections and providing excellent customer service each shift.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Assist residents with menu choices.
• Bus and reset tables, maintaining a clean dining environment.
• Complete side work as required.
• Attend pre‑meal meetings.
• Use ordering systems to ensure order accuracy.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in food service preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $15.00 – $18.75 per hour.
