Responsibilities

• Greet residents by name
• Take meal orders and answer questions about the menu
• Serve meals and beverages
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and smoothly running dining room
• Assist with special events and catered functions throughout the community

Requirements

• Enjoy working with older adults and providing friendly, respectful service
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Patience, professionalism, and tact when interacting with residents, family members, team members, and visitors
