Dining Server – Senior Living
About the role
Serve Great Food. Build Relationships. Make Someone's Day. Looking for a serving job where you can earn a reliable hourly wage without depending on tips? Join LifeSpire of Virginia as a Dining Server and become an important part of the daily experience for our residents. This isn't a typical restaurant job. You'll serve meals in a welcoming senior living community, get to know the people you serve, and become part of a team that takes pride in creating a warm, respectful dining experience. We're hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, and this can be a great opportunity for students, people looking for a second job, retirees, hospitality professionals, and anyone who enjoys working with people. Our mission is to empower individuals with choices in purposeful living. Our values—Faith, Servant Leadership, Stewardship, Integrity, Innovation, and Joy—guide the way we work and serve others.
