- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Train and mentor dining room staff.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Experience with food service operations.
