About the role

Merrill Gardens at Anthem is currently seeking a Dining Room Server to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with seniors and committed to supporting their wellness journey.

Responsibilities

• Professionally serve meals in the restaurant-style dining room.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Food Handler’s Permit as required.
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to work early morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• This position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequent bending, carrying, and reaching are part of the day-to-day activities.
