The position also includes responsibilities related to the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion, Deupree Meals On Wheels, Swipe 'N' Dine, Living Well Senior Solutions, and the ERS Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and professional care to residents in a variety of living arrangements.
• Conduct daily assessments to monitor residents' needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Engage in community outreach and fundraising activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in senior care or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
