Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service during breakfast, lunch, and special events
- Greet guests and confidently describe menu and beverage offerings
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate dietary needs, allergies, preferences, and special requests to the culinary team
- Maintain the presentation and readiness of the dining room and service areas
- Complete side work including stocking, polishing glassware and silverware, bussing
