Job Responsibilities
- Development & deployment of Fresh Favorites, iCare Fresh, and Visitation program and tools.
- Partner with regional growth team to provide retail proposal content, cost, and revenue targets during bid proposals.
- Project management of staff dining renovations and installs.
- Development & deployment of marketing programs for Staff Dining channel to include menus, product planograms, retail promotions, and catering.
- Analyze and provide report on all retail promotions and their effectiveness.
- Seek out industry, competitor, and consumer insights. Provide analysis and synthesize information to spur innovation.
- Support pilot program tools for alternative food and retail concepts that enable new business growth.
- Support large account openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, onsite installs).
- Partnership with operations to maximize growth within existing retail channels.
- Partnership with Supply Chain, Distributors, and Manufacturers to optimize promotions, product availability and pricing for retail channels.
- Travel up to 50% to Correctional institutions.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, project management, business administration or a related field.
- Food service, advertising, CPG, DSD and/or retail marketing experience is preferred.
- ServSafe certificate holder or will need to become certified within 90 days of hire.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills with strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear, concise, and useful recommendations.
- Activate brand standards and fully execute at all identified points of service, resulting in consistency throughout the region.
- This position must have significant organizational and project management experience.
- Must have experience or a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed organization.
- A proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs.
- A demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically.
