Responsibilities
- Manage office duties that include payroll, accounts payable, and ordering supplies
- Receive incoming calls, filing, ordering, organizing, and other general office duties
- Assist with catering events as needed, including setup, serve food/beverage, and breakdown
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service/office setting preferred
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written skills; attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related programs
