Digital Web Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with the product owner and delivery teams to leverage customer feedback, business needs, and data to inform product direction and user needs then translate them into actionable deliverables
• Define digital web requirements and solutions
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating complex needs into user stories and solution requirements
• Ensure work is clearly defined, valuable, and ready for delivery
• Facilitate backlog refinement, clarify requirements, and support prioritization decisions
• Affirm end-to-end solution quality and readiness
• Assist with user acceptance testing, post-implementation validation, and readiness activities to ensure solutions meet customer, business, and technical expectations

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working as a business analyst, scrum master, or project manager within an agile environment
• Highly motivated and dependable with strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong relationship building skills to work with multiple business partners and a cross-functional scrum team
• Must be able to manage and balance multiple tasks

Pay

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $130,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
