Digital Video & Design Production Intern - Paid

Flexible internship (4–8 hrs/week) starting in August for 3–4 months. Remote, with preference for candidates in Austin, San Francisco Bay Area, or Seattle.

MOSH is a small, highly collaborative, impact-oriented entertainment company. The founders hail from independent film and TV and now focus on podcast and digital video storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design projects, research, and preparation for client pitches and talent meetings.
• Participate in tech beta testing, pilots, and prototypes.
• Handle admin and creative tasks for end-to-end production of weekly podcast episodes and video segments.
• Manage social media and newsletter content.
• Track and share trends in music, audio, podcasts, and digital video with the team.
• Support all aspects of growing the startup.

Requirements

• Experience with Google Suite; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, Descript, or Riverside is a plus.
• Thrive in an asynchronous, remote environment and meet deadlines without constant oversight.
• Comfortable with "startup chaos" and shifting priorities.
• Resourceful—learn new skills via tutorials and ask questions when needed.
