About the role

We are seeking a digital product management professional with experience in financial services to join our Digital Trading and Investing Team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mutual funds, ETFs, insurance, and alternative investments, and experience collaborating with key partners like Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Technology.

Responsibilities

  • Write user stories to develop new digital trading and investing products or enhance existing products.
  • Work closely with Technology to design and implement new product solutions.
  • Research customer demand and market opportunities, and build the business case for product enhancements.
  • Lead product development from concept to implementation in an agile environment.
  • Manage the product development process, including idea generation, requirement definition, positioning, marketing, and sales approaches.
  • Stay updated on competitive environments and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to gather and analyze customer, industry, and business data.
  • Work with Marketing, Design, and Technology to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital trading and investing products.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in product management, project management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively to design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital customer experiences and financial products such as life insurance, mutual funds, ETFs, stocks, and bonds.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and tools.
  • A degree in business, finance, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Series 7 and industry designations such as CRPC, CISP, CFP.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across functions.

Pay

The expected base pay range for this role is between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay is determined on an individualized basis and is part of a total compensation package that may include commissions, incentives, and other benefits.
