We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes description about the role (intro paragraphs). We can put that under About the role heading. Responsibilities list. Qualifications (maybe separate Required and Preferred). Could combine as Qualifications. Skills maybe not separate; we can include under Qualifications. Benefits: mention "competitive compensation and benefits program inclusive of generous paid time off, holidays, tuition remission, and retirement plans with employer contributions." That's benefits. Pay: salary range given. Schedule: mention flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends. That's schedule info. Also location info maybe part of About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, application instructions (Cover Letter etc) - we must remove application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should drop "Required Application Materials" etc. Also drop "Other Information" maybe keep benefits etc. But we need to preserve substantive information: benefits, pay, schedule. The "Other Information" includes benefits and pay. We'll keep that. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info: description of NYIT, SOAD, position details, responsibilities, qualifications (required and preferred), benefits, pay, schedule. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: e.g., "Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Design, Engineering, Digital Fabrication, Computational Design, or a related field." etc. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraphs). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (maybe split Required and Preferred as subheadings? But we only allowed headings from list; we could still use

for Qualifications and then inside have

    for required and

    for preferred, or use

for each. Could also have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction list includes Requirements and Qualifications as separate possible headings. We could put required qualifications under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. Or combine. Better to follow typical: Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications. We'll do that. Skills: maybe not needed separately; we could omit if no specific skills list beyond qualifications. But we have skills like problem-solving etc. Could put under Skills section. But we already have required qualifications includes those skills. Might be redundant. Safer to omit Skills section if not distinct. Benefits: list of benefits. Pay: salary range. Schedule: mention flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends. We must not create sections with filler. So we will include only those with content. Now craft HTML. First, About the role: combine the introductory paragraphs about NYIT, SOAD, position description, reporting line, etc. Use

      for prose. Then Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • ... each bullet. Responsibilities list from posting: - Serve as a primary technical specialist within NYIT's digital fabrication laboratories, supporting teaching, research, and interdisciplinary projects. - Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve digital fabrication systems including CNC milling, laser cutting, additive manufacturing, robotic fabrication, scanning technologies, and related equipment. - Support computational design workflows with particular emphasis on Rhino and Grasshopper, including parametric modeling, digital-to-physical fabrication, robotic control, simulation, and data-driven design processes. - Assist students and faculty with projects involving robotics, Arduino, sensors, embedded electronics, physical computing, interactive installations, and other emerging technologies. We'll keep exactly. Then Requirements (required qualifications): list. - Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Design, Engineering, Digital Fabrication, Computational Design, or a related field. - Demonstrated experience in digital fabrication, design technology, or related professional and/or academic environments. - Advanced proficiency with Rhino and Grasshopper. - Experience operating and supporting multiple fabrication technologies such as CNC milling, laser cutting, 3D printing, robotic systems, scanning technologies, or related equipment. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills. - Ability to support students and faculty from concept development through fabrication and implementation. - Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in an active fabrication environment. - Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends in support of academic programming. Note: The last bullet about flexibility also appears in schedule; but we can keep it under Requirements as it's a qualification. However schedule section also needed; we might duplicate. Better to keep flexibility under Schedule section, and not duplicate. But the requirement list includes it; we could keep it there and still have schedule section maybe just mention same? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to duplicate? It didn't forbid duplication but we should avoid unnecessary duplication. We could keep flexibility under Requirements and also mention schedule separately? Might be duplication. Perhaps we move flexibility to Schedule section and remove from Requirements. But then we lose that qualification detail. However the requirement list includes it as a qualification; we could keep it under Requirements and still have Schedule section that mentions same info (maybe just a sentence). That would be duplication but preserves info. Might be okay but better to avoid duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered thin. I'd rather keep flexibility under Requirements and not create a separate Schedule section unless there is additional schedule info. The posting only mentions flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends. That's the schedule info. So we could have Schedule section with that sentence. Then we could remove it from Requirements to avoid duplication. But then we lose that qualification detail; but we could still keep it under Requirements as a qualification (makes sense). The schedule section would be redundant. I'd choose to keep it under Requirements and not create Schedule section, because schedule info is minimal and already captured. However the instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid having a section that repeats content; but better to avoid unnecessary sections. Since schedule content is just that sentence, we could either put it under Requirements or have a Schedule section with that sentence. I'd lean to include Schedule section to follow the instruction's list of possible headings, as they expect maybe Pay, Schedule, Benefits. The posting does mention schedule flexibility, so we should include Schedule section with that sentence. Then we can keep Requirements without that bullet. Let's do that. Thus Requirements (required qualifications) list without flexibility bullet. Then Qualifications (preferred qualifications) list. Then Benefits: list. - generous paid time off - holidays - tuition remission - retirement plans with employer contributions Also mention "competitive compensation and benefits program". We'll include as prose maybe. Pay: salary range: Minimum Salary USD $65,000.00/Yr. Maximum Salary USD $75,000.00/Yr. We'll put under Pay heading with maybe a

stating the range. Now craft HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's produce:
