Digital Technology Specialist

As a result, a full-time position is available for a Digital Technology Specialist in our Aviation Midwest group. This person will be expected to report to a client site office in Springfield, IL. Responsibilities

• Supporting standardization of software products for operational efficiency within airport civil engineering.
• Supporting technical platforms, programs and standards.
• Assisting in the development of internal training programs and resources for aviation staff.
• Assisting in the organization of internal and external resources for effective software utilization.
• Assisting in managing software licensing and user account creation and closeout.
• Offering IT support, including software deployment and update testing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• A valid driver's license and occasional travel (including overnight stays) may be required.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in information technology, computer science, software engineering, digital media or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
