Digital Technology Organization Rotational Engineer
About the role
Pennymac’s Digital Technology Organization (DTO) Rotational Program - Engineer position is designed to provide recent graduates with a more comprehensive understanding of our company’s technical landscape. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different Application Development teams, rotating through front-end, back-end, and/or full-stack engineering environments. This allows you to gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end application development lifecycle while building your skillsets.
The program is a launchpad for a successful career in application development offering mentorship, training, and exposure to the latest technologies. The program has openings for Rotational Engineers to join our incoming cohorts for January or June 2027.
