Key Accountabilities
- Drive the digital agenda for the Supply Chain and commercial operations area
- Integrate partners into PMI digital ecosystem
- Maximize digital investment ROI
- Ensure the right digital tools are in place to support business ambitions
Budget Definition and Control
- Proactively address digital needs across all channels and SC area
- Define digital roadmap according to business priorities, opportunities, and gaps
- Translate business needs into digital capabilities to be developed by IT
- Define sequence and priority according to agreed budget and IT capacity
- Facilitate solution adoptions by business owners
- Facilitate change management
- Manage solution lifecycle, identify end of life, and ensure business continuity
- Lead change management and drive adoption
- Control budget expenditure and maximize ROI for the company within given budget
- Act as SPOC for central functions and market stakeholders for all relevant digital topics
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in management of Digital Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Automation, and Industrial Internet of Things solutions, preferably in a Product Owner role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Field, or Computer Sciences
- Automation or equivalent skills through proven experience
- Licenses or certifications required for the job are not specified

Base Salary Range
$149,600 - $187,000
