Digital Strategy Manager

Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for digital marketing campaigns and social media across the organization, including support and guidance for Prime’s hospitals nationwide.
- Develop and execute corporate social media campaigns aligned with marketing and business goals and objectives.
- Work with hospital marketing/communications leaders to educate and assist in creating a cohesive digital marketing, recruitment, and social media strategy that integrates with hospital marketing and HR/recruitment efforts.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of analytics and report on KPIs to measure success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least five years of hospital/healthcare experience with knowledge of healthcare trends.
- Knowledge and experience in marketing and social media trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and writing skills; experience writing for web, presentations, and executive communications is a plus.
- Critical thinking skills; ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- Graphic design knowledge and ability.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Meta Business Suite and Google Campaigns.
- Experience with recruitment digital media strategy.
- Experience with Canva Enterprise and graphic design.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $68,640.00 to $95,825.60 annually. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
