We need sections: About the role? Could use "About the role" for the introductory paragraph about company and mission? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include sections that have content.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing company and mission? Or the job summary? Usually "About the role" could be the job summary paragraph.
- Responsibilities: the "What You’ll Do" list.
- Requirements: maybe "What You’ll Bring" includes experience, knowledge, abilities, education, citizenship.
- Qualifications: maybe education and citizenship? But we can combine.
- Skills: maybe list of tools? Could be part of requirements.
- Benefits: The posting says "What We Offer Salary details: $24/hr (temp to hire - no benefits will be included for this role for the first year of employment)". So benefits: none for first year. Should we include Benefits section? The instruction: never create Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state that no benefits will be included for first year. That's a statement about benefits. So we could include Benefits section with that statement. However we must avoid filler like "not specified". It's specified: no benefits for first year. So we can include.
- Pay: Salary details: $24/hr.
- Schedule: Shifts: Typical Business hours.
- Location: maybe not a heading but could be part of About the role? Not required to have location heading.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Digital Specialist II.
We must not put Job ID/requisition as heading.
We must preserve all substantive info.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.

Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Digital Specialist II to join our Media & Archival Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end digital asset migration using studio capture tools, managing detailed archival logs and metadata, and maintaining rigorous chain of custody and quality control standards.
But "Job Summary" is not in the list of suggested headings but we can still use? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those. Safer to stick to those. Could incorporate job summary into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to have About the role includes company overview, and Responsibilities includes duties. Job summary could be part of About the role. But we have a separate "Job Summary" paragraph. We could merge it into About the role after the company description. Let's do that.
Thus About the role includes company description and job summary.
Then Responsibilities: list of duties.
Then Requirements: maybe combine experience, knowledge, abilities, education, citizenship.
Then Skills: maybe list of tools? But we could also put tools under Requirements. However we have a separate Skills heading suggestion. Could list tools under Skills.
But we must not create thin sections. Let's see what we have:
- About the role: company description + job summary.
- Responsibilities: bullet list of duties.
- Requirements: experience, education, citizenship.
- Skills: proficiency with imaging tools (CaptureOne, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Lightroom, FileMaker) and knowledge of formats.
- Benefits: statement about no benefits first year.
- Pay: $24/hr.
- Schedule: Typical Business hours.
That seems reasonable.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For skills list also use ul.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
Let's extract details.
About the role paragraph: combine:
"At Iron Mountain we know that work, when done well, makes a positive impact for our customers, our employees, and our planet. That’s why we need smart, committed people to join us. Whether you’re looking to start your career or make a change, talk to us and see how you can elevate the power of your work at Iron Mountain. Make sure to fix typo "growth stor y" -> "growth story". Keep as is? The original had a space; we can correct? Probably preserve as is but it's a typo; we should not invent or summarize away detail, but correcting a typo is not changing meaning. Safer to keep exactly as given? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing a typo could be considered altering text. Might be safer to keep original "growth stor y". But that looks odd. I'd keep as given: "growth stor y". However it's clearly a typo; but we are not supposed to invent or summarize away detail; fixing a typo is not inventing, but could be considered altering. I'd keep original.
Now Responsibilities: list:
- Digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic analog media—including paper, books, photo prints, and schematics—to deliver high-quality digital assets following archival best practices.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager, imaging team, and project managers to maintain work logs, asset tracking, and archival engineering reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with archival standards, secure physical and electronic delivery protocols, and equipment calibration guidelines.
We need to preserve the exact phrasing? The original had no periods between sentences? It was: "Digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic analog media—including paper, books, photo prints, and schematics—to deliver high-quality digital assets following archival best practices.Collaborate with the Operations Manager, imaging team, and project managers to maintain work logs, asset tracking, and archival engineering reports throughout the project.lifecycle.Ensure compliance with archival standards, secure physical and electronic delivery protocols, and equipment calibration guidelines." There were missing spaces after periods. We should preserve as is? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing punctuation could be considered altering detail. Safer to keep exactly as given, but we can add spaces for readability? Might be considered altering. I'd keep the exact strings but we need to separate list items; we can keep the sentences as they appear, but we need to split them into list items. The original had no spaces after periods, making it hard to read. We could keep the sentences as they are but still separate items. For each bullet, we can include the sentence exactly as it appears (including missing spaces). Let's extract:
First sentence: "Digitize, restore, remediate, and reformat historic analog media—including paper, books, photo prints, and schematics—to deliver high-quality digital assets following archival best practices"
Second: "Collaborate with the Operations Manager, imaging team, and project managers to maintain work logs, asset tracking, and archival engineering reports throughout the project lifecycle"
Third: "Ensure compliance with archival standards, secure physical and electronic delivery protocols, and equipment calibration guidelines"
Note there were no periods at end of each? Actually original had no period after first sentence before "Collaborate". It was "...best practices.Collaborate". So first sentence ends with no period. Second sentence ends with no
