Digital Solutions Requirements Analyst, Junior

About the role

You’ll work with an agile team to develop digital products that support clients’ most pressing missions. As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll implement business analytics and processes, explore technology trends, and help deliver user-friendly client experiences. You’ll collaborate with AI solution architects, developers, data engineers, data scientists, and subject matter experts to identify business needs, gather user requirements, and contribute to user experience and user interface designs. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities

• Identify clients’ business needs and gather user requirements
• Help develop user experience and user interface designs
• Work with the team to create deployable features that fulfill user needs
• Deliver high business value products to the client and end-users

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and Word to develop client-ready products
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and achieve consensus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines and continual client delivery
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

• Experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams to design large-scale digital experiences that meet business objectives
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, Figma, or Sketch
• Experience working with the Military
• Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews

Pay

The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $89,000.00 (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and organizational requirements.
