Digital Sales Specialist
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering profitable growth within their assigned region by acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and implementing effective pricing and sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales and margin in the defined territory via direct customer contact.
- Develop new business opportunities through active engagement with existing accounts and converting leads into sales.
- Provide technical expertise and product recommendations for the promotion of products that provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Implement the launch and promotion of new products and growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date, relevant technical, regulatory and market knowledge.
- Manage and forecast account details, sales pipeline and new opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Attend and participate in specific conferences and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a Science related discipline or Business discipline
Minimum 2 years of sales experience is desirable
Technical selling capability, including the ability to understand customer requirements and present tailored technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner
Ability to work on their own without supervision ; , self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds and status
Industry, market, & product knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Use of SAP, C2G, and general IT systems or ability to develop this in

Annual Base Salary Range: $97,000.00 to $105,000.00

This is a hybrid position based at our Princeton, NJ site.
