About the role

The Digital Software Engineering Lead Analyst is a senior strategic contributor responsible for translating emerging developments into actionable business direction. This role focuses on leading complex application development initiatives across cross-functional teams while providing strategic direction and managing dependencies. The individual engages with stakeholders to ensure timely and informed decision-making, while maintaining delivery metrics for transparency. The position requires a high degree of autonomy and expert-level command of application development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex application development initiatives.
• Own dependency management across the Digital organization.
• Engage business and technical stakeholders in structured trade-off conversations.
• Anticipate and eliminate delivery blockers before they become critical.
• Establish and publish clear delivery metrics for transparency.
• Provide early and accurate visibility into schedule risk as the primary engineering liaison.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in an Apps Development role or senior level experience in an Enterprise Architecture role.
• Expertise in application development methodologies including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Solid command of risk assessment, controls, and regulatory compliance expectations.

Pay

$138,720 – $208,080 per year.
