Digital Project Manager
About the Role
In this individual contributor role, you will support the planning and execution of work for cross-functional delivery teams focused on modernizing existing state and federal digital services and websites that support high-impact public programs. You'll work closely with team members and clients to help prioritize deliverables based on agreed-upon roadmaps, coordinate releases, track dependencies, and ensure work stays aligned to timelines and desired outcomes. You'll partner with a diverse set of stakeholders and decision makers to maintain clarity, momentum, and transparency throughout delivery. A key part of the work is strengthening how teams operate: refining intake and prioritization, improving Agile ceremonies and ways of working, clarifying roles and decision paths, and establishing repeatable processes for quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
