Digital Project Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a qualified Digital project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, analysts, and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment across teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Oversee change requests, scope adjustments, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows.
• Track project metrics, KPIs, and resource utilization to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and adopting project management best practices.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project execution.
• Stay informed about emerging digital technologies, industry trends, and project management methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing digital, technology, software, web, or marketing projects.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Experience with risk management, resource allocation, and project reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE2, Agile, or similar certification.
• Experience working with web development, SaaS products, mobile applications, digital marketing, or e-commerce projects.
• Understanding of UX/UI design processes, software development lifecycles, and digital product management.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting, contract management, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and technical deliverables.
• Demonstrated success in improving project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Schedule

• Saturday through Thursday – 8 am to 6 pm Bangladesh Time (including lunchtime).
• US business hours overlap (6 pm to 11 pm Pacific time)
• Hours for some departments may vary depending on the tasks involved.
• You are required to be online and very active while you are on the clock.
