Responsibilities
- Facilitate the content management process with internal team members using document templates and established steps and timelines.
- Rout client-approved content to production, including documenting technical requirements, ensuring consistent asset alignment throughout each brief/document, and assigning tasks with timing and descriptions for the responsible parties.
- Proactively communicate updates, notify teams of changes, and manage smooth handoffs.
- Raise awareness of any scheduling conflicts.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a project coordination role within an agency.
- Experience using Asana (strongly preferred) or other forms of project management software.
- Strong organizational skills, with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency when needed.
- Enthusiasm, flexibility, and patience for a role in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment.
- An understanding of best practices for digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be available daily, for up to 25 hours a week on a consistent schedule during regular business hours (EST).
Skills
- Project coordination experience in a direct marketing agency setting.
- Experience with creative asset routing for email, web, and paid media.

$30 to $40 / Hourly
