Digital Production Designer (Sitecore)

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain website pages within Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Translate approved Figma mockups into accurate, production-ready web experiences.
• Configure pages using existing components, templates, theme settings, and design-system elements.
• Add and manage website content, including text, images, videos, links, and metadata.
• Review designs to determine whether they can be implemented using available components and platform functionality.
• Identify design or functionality gaps and communicate requirements to development teams.
• Conduct visual quality assurance across devices, screen sizes, and responsive breakpoints.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and help resolve content, styling, and functionality issues.
• Create and manage Jira tickets for defects, enhancements, and implementation gaps.
• Maintain Figma style guides, variables, and specifications for colors, typography, buttons, and other design elements.
• Provide project updates and collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Experience Editor, or a similar enterprise CMS.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, styles, libraries, and variables.
• Strong understanding of component-based design systems and responsive web design.
• Experience translating design mockups into production-ready website pages.
• Experience conducting visual QA and identifying design inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project-management tools.
• General knowledge of HTML, CSS, accessibility, and front-end development concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience working with developers in an Agile environment is preferred.
