Digital Production Artist

This is a parental-leave coverage role from October through January, 40 hours per week, onsite in Corte Madera, CA.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. The role requires close collaboration with a cross-functional team in an onsite environment.

Requirements

• Mid-level experience
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and the latest digital production software
• Strong eye for color consistency and color quality; ability to decipher colors and anomalies in a color-calibrated environment
• Strong communication skills, including ability to effectively collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and Adobe Experience Manager (Dynamic Media Classic)
• Contentful experience is a plus
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Responsibilities

• Produce high-fidelity image assets for all brands on their digital channel
• Ensure all assets adhere to brand standards and specifications
• Crop and publish assets within CMS to support product display pages, collection galleries, and Shop By Room experiences (everything on the website); may also produce assets for email
• Complete static colorization for assets across all swatches upon completion of the base imagery
• Continually manage and improve the quality of department deliverables
• Collaborate with brand, creative, and production partners to facilitate seamless execution and visual excellence
• Adhere to naming and backup procedures to ensure proper archiving of digital assets
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, keeping the customer experience central in all decision-making
• Produce quickly and with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, digital/social platform-driven environment, including processing, checking, and uploading files
