Digital Product Strategy & Delivery Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Product Strategy & Delivery Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee the vision and execution of a digital product portfolio that supports enterprise priorities and delivers measurable business impact. The role will partner closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and product owners to turn customer needs and business opportunities into scalable digital capabilities. You will also help balance near-term delivery with long-term sustainability, compliance, and innovation across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for the digital product portfolio
• Ensure product strategies align with enterprise goals and deliver expected results
• Translate business opportunities and customer needs into digital capabilities
• Balance immediate outcomes with long-term sustainability and compliance
• Guide Digital Product Owners in translating outcomes into product direction
• Organize cross-functional teams around clear outcomes and accountability
• Monitor emerging trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in digital strategy, product management, or related fields
• 7+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in managing a portfolio of digital products
• Experience integrating Product Owners into business strategy and performance management
• Strong ability to influence and align senior leaders across various functions
• Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills

Pay

$154,100 – $286,600 annually
