Digital Product Requirements Coordinator

About the role

The System Requirements Coordination Lead supports digital product development within Honda’s Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives. Onsite role with possible remote day; not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, structure, and maintain system-level requirements across multiple domains such as infotainment, AD/ADAS, and digital services.
• Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, traceable requirements for engineering teams.
• Coordinate between product planning, system design, and software development to ensure aligned understanding and documentation.
• Act as process owner for requirement standards, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Validate system outputs before market deployment and support verification activities.
• Assist in product release by ensuring requirements are complete, validated, and support OTA updates or vehicle launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years industry experience in vehicle software or digital applications

Skills

• Proficient in translating requirements into technical documentation, defining system architecture, and cross-domain collaboration
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Automotive systems engineering experience preferred
