We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule as appropriate. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Preserve all substantive info. We need to extract content. Let's parse the posting. First paragraph: "At Polaris Inc., we have fun doing what we love by driving change and innovation. We empower employees to take on challenging assignments and roles with an elevated level of responsibility in our agile working environment. Our people make us who we are, and we create incredible products and experiences that empower us to THINK OUTSIDE." This is about company culture; could be part of About the role? Possibly "About the role" section. Then "Position Overview Polaris is seeking a Digital Product Manager to advance end-to-end supply chain planning technology capabilities across the enterprise. Partnering across business and technology functions, this role drives planning excellence, improves decision-making, and delivers measurable outcomes through scalable digital products and data-driven insights. You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery of digital planning capabilities supporting Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning processes. The role provides leadership to matrixed technical teams and coordinates work across manufacturing sites, enterprise systems, integration teams, vendors, and implementation partners." That's overview; could be part of About the role. Then "Key Responsibilities" list bullet points. We need to extract responsibilities as list. Then "Desired Competencies" list bullet points (Business Acumen, Collaboration, Technical/Functional Expertise). Those could be Skills? Or maybe "Skills" section. Then "Qualifications" list bullet points: Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years experience, strong understanding of product management principles, deep knowledge of SIOP processes, demonstrated ability to align digital product investments, experience using data, strong influencing communication, experience leading digital transformation, knowledge of planning platforms, ERP systems, data integration, enterprise architecture, Agile product delivery, experience with JDA or Blue Yonder, Snowflake, Azure, ERP platforms such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred. Ability to work within hybrid model (3 days office/2 days WFH). This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Also "WORKING CONDITIONS Hybrid working model (3 days in office/2 days WFH). Onsite days determined by management and may vary based on business need." That's schedule info. Then "The starting pay range for Minnesota is $130,000 to $170,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range." That's pay. Then "To qualify for this position, former employees must be eligible for rehire, and current employees must be in good standing." That's maybe not needed? It's eligibility; could be part of Qualifications? Might be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short p or drop. Probably we can include as a short p under Qualifications or separate? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." This is minor metadata, we can fold into a short p. Then "We are an ambitious, resourceful, and driven workforce, which empowers us to THINK OUTSIDE." That's fluff; maybe part of About the role. Then "Apply today! At Polaris we put our employees first, by offering a holistic approach to their health and financial wellbeing. Polaris is proud to offer competitive compensation, including a market-leading profit-sharing plan that is fundamental to our pay-for-performance culture. At Polaris, employees are owners of the company through company contributions to our Employee Stock Ownership Plan and discounted employee stock purchases plan. In addition to competitive pay, Polaris provides a comprehensive suite of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, wellness programs, paid time off, gym & personal training reimbursement, life insurance and disability offerings. Through the Polaris Foundation and our Polaris Gives paid volunteer time off, we support employees who actively volunteer their time, efforts, and passions to improve the health and wellbeing of the communities in which they live, play and work. Employees at Polaris drive our success and are rewarded for their commitment." That's benefits; we can put under Benefits. Then "About Polaris As the global leader in powersports, Polaris Inc. (NYSE: PII) pioneers product breakthroughs and enriching experiences and services that have invited people to discover the joy of being outdoors since our founding in 1954. Polaris' high-quality product line-up includes the Polaris RANGER®, RZR® and Polaris GENERAL™ side-by-side off-road vehicles; Sportsman® all-terrain off-road vehicles; military and commercial off-road vehicles; snowmobiles; Slingshot® moto-roadsters; Aixam quadricycles; Goupil electric vehicles; and pontoon and deck boats, including industry-leading Bennington pontoons. Polaris enhances the riding experience with a robust portfolio of parts, garments, and accessories. Proudly headquartered in Minnesota, Polaris serves more than 100 countries across the globe. www.polaris.com" That's company description; could be part of About the role or separate? Probably part of About the role. We need to decide sections: About the role (includes position overview, company culture, maybe About Polaris). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (education, experience, etc). Skills (Desired Competencies). Benefits (list). Pay (range). Schedule (hybrid model). Possibly also "Working Conditions" as schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay and Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Digital Product Manager. We must not include Job ID etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. Structure:
