What's the Job?

Lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative digital products aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, UI/UX, and Engineering to ensure seamless product delivery. Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Facilitate stakeholder communication, remove impediments, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope. Analyze market trends, gather user feedback, and continuously improve product offerings to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or related roles within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and data integration processes.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman for product development and testing.
  • Experience working on AI/ML products, with familiarity in LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI frameworks preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical features into user-friendly solutions.
