About the role
We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to support digital solutions in the education sector from concept through ongoing improvement. This role will work closely with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to shape product direction, coordinate delivery, and enhance the user experience. Ideal for someone who can turn business needs and user feedback into clear product plans while keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and business teams to define priorities and convert needs into actionable product work.
- Gather and organize business and user requirements, then translate them into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support the product lifecycle from discovery and planning through launch and post-release optimization.
- Maintain and refine the product backlog, helping teams stay focused on high-value work and delivery goals.
- Coordinate releases and feature rollouts, ensuring teams are prepared and communication is clear across functions.
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and issue trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
- Work within Agile delivery practices, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track bugs, manage follow-up items, and help drive resolution to improve product quality and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience supporting digital products across multiple phases of the product lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and turn user or business needs into practical product solutions.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills in collaborative settings.
- Familiarity with product and workflow tools such as Jira and similar backlog or issue-tracking platforms.
- Exposure to UX or visual collaboration tools, including Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or related applications.
- Background in SaaS, digital platforms, or customer-facing technology products is preferred.
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Drupal, or comparable systems is a plus.
