Digital Producer/PM

About the role

A digital marketing agency in Milwaukee is seeking a Digital Producer to manage client projects, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Management, Creative, Digital, and external production partners to organize and resource projects.
• Coordinate freelancers, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and next steps.
• Lead project execution from start to finish, building and maintaining projects, timelines, budgets, and documentation within Workamajig.
• Support digital marketing production across various channels like paid media, social media, websites, video, digital advertising, and integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, media specialists, content creators, and production partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review deliverables for completeness, quality, and production readiness for internal review.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital production, digital marketing, project management, creative operations, or an agency environment.
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing production, creative workflows, and digital advertising.
• Experience coordinating freelancers, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable managing project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and shifting priorities.
• Experience using Workamajig or similar project management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail or CPG clients preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Schedule

This role offers a hybrid work schedule preferred but open to remote talent for the right candidate.
