Digital Print Shop Operator (Evening Shift)

Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operation and timely production line pace
- Collect and verify all materials stated on the job jacket to complete the next run
- Review of job work instructions and tickets
- Set up the finisher/inspection machine properly for the job including blades, cores, and copy position
- General maintenance routines to ensure the finisher and inspection machine is running at optimal levels
- Adjustment of computer software settings for press specifications and quality needs
- Examination and quality checks of ink colors and color consistency in products
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years experience operating commercial print presses or finishers preferred
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Experience with HP Digital printing or holding HP Certification Level I or II (Series 3 Web Certified) is beneficial
- A high attention to detail

Schedule
This role operates on the 2nd shift, with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:30PM.
Onboarding Schedule
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
