DIGITAL PRINT OPERATOR II
Job Description and Duties
Under the general supervision of Business Service Officer I, Business Operations Section, the Digital Print Operator II performs the various complex tasks associated with the completion of high-speed duplication and/or digital printing. The Digital Print Operator II will act in the lead capacity over the Digital Reproduction Center.
This position is located in the Business Operations Section, Business Services. The program manages and provides various essential support services related to building maintenance, space and lease management, reprographics, mail services, office supply management, and Business Continuity to California Correctional Health Care Services’ offices throughout the state, including:
- Elk Grove Headquarters
- Health Records Center
- Central Fill Pharmacy
- Fresno Regional Office
- Bakersfield Regional Office
- Rancho Cucamonga Regional Office
- Diamond Bar Regional Office
- Santa Ana Region Office
- CCHCS Warehouse
About the Role

Responsibilities
The Digital Print Operator II will perform the following duties:
- Performs various complex tasks associated with the completion of high-speed duplication and/or digital printing.
- Acts in the lead capacity over the Digital Reproduction Center.
- Manages and provides essential support services related to building maintenance, space and lease management, reprographics, mail services, office supply management, and Business Continuity to California Correctional Health Care Services’ offices throughout the state.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Full-time employment in Bargaining Unit R14, and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees.
- Base salary reduction by three percent effective July 1, 2025, due to the implementation of the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025).
- Five PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience with high-speed duplication and/or digital printing equipment.
- Knowledge of reprographics and office supply management.
