In this role, you'll set up and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality, custom orders while maintaining our standards for color accuracy, quality, and efficiency. We're looking for someone who has hands-on digital printing experience, strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work. Your Day As a Digital Print Operator Set up and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality, custom print orders.Monitor print quality, ensuring accurate colors, consistency, and adherence to production standards.Work closely with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.Perform general maintenance on machines including greasing, preventative maintenance, and changing out worn or defective components.Assist in other production and finishing areas as needed to support daily operations. Requirements Experience operating digital production printers, preferably HP Indigo or comparable toner-based equipment.Experience in a short-run, sheet-fed printing environment.Strong color matching skills and attention to detail.Experience performing general machine maintenance and troubleshooting.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds.Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
