Digital Print Operations Specialist

BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a Digital Print Operations Specialist to join our growing Digital Print Service team. If you have experience with digital printing, industrial equipment, electrical troubleshooting, or automated machinery and enjoy working hands-on with technology, this could be a great opportunity to take your skills into a highly specialized field. This position supports large-format, high-speed digital printing equipment integrated directly into corrugating operations. You'll work hands-on with the equipment while supporting customers throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What You'll Do Operate and troubleshoot high-speed industrial digital printing equipmentSupport equipment installation, service, troubleshooting, and operationPerform color calibration, profiling, and color correctionPrepare and optimize digital files for printingPerform routine maintenance and equipment cleaningTroubleshoot electrical and control-related issuesWork with customers and internal teams to resolve equipment and print-quality problemsSupport Digital Print operations at customer facilities throughout North America What We're Looking For We're interested in candidates with a technical background who are comfortable working around complex industrial equipment. Ideal experience includes: Digital, commercial, industrial, or large-format printingIndustrial electrical troubleshootingReading electrical schematicsPLCs, controls, drives, servos, or automated equipmentColor management, calibration, or print productionCorrugating or converting equipment Experience with AGFA printheads, Siemens S7, TIA Portal, E-Plan, Bosch Rexroth IndraWorks, or industrial process controls is a plus — but not required. A technical/trade school education, Associate's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience is required. Travel This position requires approximately 75% travel, sometimes on short notice, throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Why BHS? This isn't a traditional production print position.
