Digital Print Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on and determined Digital Printer Maintenance Technician to join our team. Many of the products we distribute are already sitting in your home.

Responsibilities

• Keep production equipment running at its best through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and quick response to downtime.
• Support and train production teams, championing safe work practices and directly shaping uptime, cost, waste, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing production equipment—mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls.
• Familiarity with digital printing and material-handling equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to get equipment running again quickly.
• Experience running a preventive maintenance program and keeping equipment on schedule.
• Comfortable working on support equipment like air compressors, chillers, and forklifts.
• A safety-first mentality, including lockout/tagout and safe electrical practices.
• Background in training team members and keeping clear maintenance records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Three (3) plus years of experience dealing with the maintenance and/or installation of industrial machinery, preferably in a food or beverage production environment.

Skills

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with digital printing and material handling equipment.
• Effective communication and training abilities.
• Safe work practices and familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures.
