Digital Platform Territory Manager - Bellevue South
About the role
The Align Digital Platform is an integrated suite of proprietary technologies and services delivered as a seamless end-to-end solution to customers, transforming smiles and changing lives. As a Digital Platform Territory Manager, you will sell iTero intraoral scanners to customers including general dentists and orthodontists, leveraging your commercial acumen and influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a sales territory overlaying with an established Invisalign Region, focusing on supporting customers to modernize practices and provide high-quality restorative, orthodontic, and dental hygiene care to their patients.
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to challenge and encourage customers to adopt new digital processes and tools.
- Plan and execute a territory plan, based on understanding the potential in each account and actively prospecting and pursuing new iTero opportunities in assigned territory.
- Hunt for new sales opportunities with current non-customers to expand market penetration and drive adoption of iTero solutions.
- Partner with other Align sellers, clinical support, and dental laboratories within your territory to maximize customer experience and ongoing promotion of Align solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required, including experience in B2B sales, medical device sales, or industry experience selling dental, orthodontic, or related products.
- Knowledge of the Dental industry, including implants, restorative, and laboratories is preferred.
- Business & Marketing knowledge: Ability to have business discussions, ask the right business questions, and understand Cash Flow Analysis, ROI, P&L.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel in assigned territory and occasionally outside to attend meetings and events.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Dentistry, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required.

Pay
Base salary or wage rate ranges are the range in which Align reasonably expects to set a candidate’s pay for the posted position. Actual placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For Field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable incentive compensation plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S.
