About the role
This is a full-time position in Fort Worth, TX, working with digital platform content distribution and metadata entry.
Responsibilities
- Digital Platform (DP) content distribution and metadata entry
- Prepare content for distribution on new platforms
- Verify accuracy of files after transfer and activation
- Distribute, input, and provide metadata to newly added platforms
- Maintain and update files in anticipation of requests
- Create and manage files for distribution to various platforms and in-house use
- Add and update changing content, including images, audio, video, and metadata files
- Build positive relationships with external parties and in-house teams
- Schedule and organize meetings related to DP preparation and transfers
- Keep accurate and updated records of programs and schedules
- Communicate with outside vendors and contracted personnel
- Support other departments with scheduling and program coordination
Requirements
- Proficient typing (at least 35-40 WPM)
- Experience in a relevant position (a plus)
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and other software
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Organized, with ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter, with minimal need for guidance
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to take on new tasks as needed
Work Arrangement
This position will be performed both on-site and remotely, reporting to the Operations Manager in Tustin, CA.
