Responsibilities
- Building, trafficking, and QA’ing digital ad campaigns end-to-end across paid search, paid social, display, video, and programmatic ads
- Handling day-to-day campaign optimization against KPIs and surfacing actionable performance insights
- Drafting performance reports and client-ready recaps that turn data into clear recommendations
- Supporting audience research and targeting strategy across paid social, display, video, and programmatic ads
- Managing relationships with platform reps, ad vendors, and programmatic partners
- Ensuring all campaign details are 100% error-free
Requirements
- Two to four years of hands-on digital ad placement experience
- Working proficiency in at least one of the following: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, X Ads, or a programmatic DSP such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort working in spreadsheets and platform reporting tools
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ad tech fundamentals: pixel implementation, conversion tracking, UTMs, and insertion order / billing workflows
- Prior experience with political, advocacy, or public affairs campaigns is a plus
- Familiarity with additional platforms beyond your primary expertise (e.g., CTV/OTT DSPs, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus
