Slot Technical Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides the day-to-day management of three shifts of technical personnel.
• Ensures adherence to all enterprise policy and procedures.
• Guarantees high machine up time, successful inspections, certifications, and audits.
• Executes departmental goals and objectives.
• Performs administrative duties.

Maintenance and Technical Responsibilities

• Maintains, inventory, and repairs slot machines.
• Handles other technical responsibilities on the casino floor.

Skills/Requirements

• Associates degree required.
• Five years of management or related experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, complete tasks, and be a self-starter.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possesses computers skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and a full background check.
• Must be able to work in a smoking environment and maintain a Drug-Free Workplace.
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet our guest, Interact positively with our guest, Listen actively to our guest, Appreciate our guest.
• Excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.
• Must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
