CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Management & Analysis
    • Build and manage CTV and digital video campaigns from concept to execution
    • Monitor daily campaign delivery across YouTube, CTV/OTT, programmatic video, and emerging streaming platforms
    • Make real-time adjustments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion
    • Track and report on key performance metrics
    • Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
    • Develop and maintain performance benchmarks
  • Media Planning & Strategy
    • Develop comprehensive media plans
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align media plans with clients' marketing objectives
    • Forecast and scenario model campaign deliverables
    • Evaluate performance impact of optimizations and budget shifts
  • Client Engagement
    • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients
    • Lead regular communication via email and scheduled calls or meetings
    • Understand client needs and present media strategies and campaign updates
    • Provide clear performance reporting with actionable recommendations
    • Propose optimizations and communicate complex performance data in accessible terms
    • Manage client expectations and proactively identify areas of opportunity or risk
  • Reporting & Data Integrity
    • Pull, validate, and organize performance data from various platforms
    • Create and maintain reporting infrastructure
    • Support log-level data analysis and attribution modeling
    • Document optimization changes and outcomes
  • Partner Discovery & Platform Intelligence
    • Explore new CTV media partners and technologies
    • Evaluate potential opportunities and bring forward recommendations
    • Maintain working knowledge of the digital video ecosystem
    • Monitor platform updates and contribute to practice documentation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Media, Analytics, Creative, and Client Services teams
    • Analyze video ad performance and surface optimization recommendations
    • Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Experience & Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
      • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or media analytics
      • Preferred: Agency experience
    • Technical Skills
      • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
      • Familiarity with data visualization tools
      • SQL or Python experience a plus
    • Competencies

      • Attention to detail and data integrity orientation
      • Clear, confident communicator
      • Self-starter with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
