CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Management & Analysis
- Build and manage CTV and digital video campaigns from concept to execution
- Monitor daily campaign delivery across YouTube, CTV/OTT, programmatic video, and emerging streaming platforms
- Make real-time adjustments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain performance benchmarks
- Media Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive media plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to align media plans with clients' marketing objectives
- Forecast and scenario model campaign deliverables
- Evaluate performance impact of optimizations and budget shifts
- Client Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients
- Lead regular communication via email and scheduled calls or meetings
- Understand client needs and present media strategies and campaign updates
- Provide clear performance reporting with actionable recommendations
- Propose optimizations and communicate complex performance data in accessible terms
- Manage client expectations and proactively identify areas of opportunity or risk
- Reporting & Data Integrity
- Pull, validate, and organize performance data from various platforms
- Create and maintain reporting infrastructure
- Support log-level data analysis and attribution modeling
- Document optimization changes and outcomes
- Partner Discovery & Platform Intelligence
- Explore new CTV media partners and technologies
- Evaluate potential opportunities and bring forward recommendations
- Maintain working knowledge of the digital video ecosystem
- Monitor platform updates and contribute to practice documentation
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Media, Analytics, Creative, and Client Services teams
- Analyze video ad performance and surface optimization recommendations
- Contribute to internal training and knowledge sharing
- Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or media analytics
- Preferred: Agency experience
- Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency
- Familiarity with data visualization tools
- SQL or Python experience a plus

Pay Range
$70,000 per year
