Digital Operations & Enablement Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Project Execution & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day execution support for enterprise initiatives, including post-implementation task tracking, bottlenecks, and dependencies.
- Cook up follow-ups with IT, Compliance, Operations, and PM on assigned workstreams.
- Aid in user acceptance testing, pilots, and rollout coordination.
- Digital Risk Operations
- Maintain a watch on data loss prevention reporting and dashboards on a regular basis.
- Tackle initial triage of alerts to distinguish false positives from actionable events.
- Track patterns and trends related to data handling and document movement.
- Keep logs, metrics, and summary reporting for leadership review.
- Secure Collaboration Enablement
- Support the upkeep of documentation for approved file-sharing, encryption, and secure collaboration workflows.
- Roll out and maintain secure file-handling solutions in coordination with IT.
- Responsible AI Adoption & Enablement
- Serve as a support resource for approved AI tools.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Preserve a centralized AI knowledge repository (SharePoint).
- Capture user feedback, adoption challenges, and new implementation suggestions for senior review.
Skills
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies, with a proactive interest in responsible AI solutions and a willingness to support evolving AI-driven workflows and integrations across the organization.
- Experience supporting enterprise initiatives, including tracking tasks, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring follow-through on deliverables.
- Exposure to data protection, document management, or risk monitoring processes (e.g., reviewing alerts, tracking incidents, or maintaining logs).
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Compliance, Legal, or Operations in a support or coordination capacity.
- Familiarity with rollout activities such as user training, documentation creation, or pilot/UAT support.
- Ability to review data, identify patterns, and surface actionable insights in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, operations, data analysis, compliance support, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical information and summarize findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience tracking and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders (e.g., IT, Compliance, Operations) with demonstrated follow-through on tasks and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Teams, and Excel, with practical experience supporting business processes.
Work Schedule
This is a 100% remote position. The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates should be able to occasionally travel to the Texas office for project planning or business needs.
Salary Range
The salary for this position typically ranges from $60,000 - $70,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
