Digital Media Strategist
This role is responsible for overseeing the development, promotion, and audience growth of the Haslam College of Business podcast, Office Hours: Business Edition, and related digital marketing campaigns. The podcast has grown significantly and now requires a dedicated resource to lead marketing strategy and audience development efforts. This individual will serve as the primary owner of podcast promotion across YouTube, social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
About the role
The role blends content strategy, digital storytelling, marketing writing, social media management, analytics, and audience engagement to expand the reach and impact of podcast programming.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for podcast promotion
- Create written and visual promotional content
- Manage podcast social media channels
- Analyze campaign performance and report results to stakeholders
- Research content opportunities
- Coordinate content calendars
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, marketing teams, and agency partners

Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.93 - $39.48 per hour.
