About the role
The Digital Media Production Program at CCBC is seeking a candidate to teach production courses in film, television, content creation/new media, and video editing. The program serves a diverse population of students, including traditional and non-traditional learners.
Responsibilities
- Teach production courses in film, television, content creation/new media, and video editing
- Teach courses that require knowledge of film history, visual media, and screenwriting
- Work with a diverse student body, including traditional and non-traditional learners
- Participate in college committees and other service activities
- Enhance professional skills and knowledge through professional development
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Electronic Media and Film, Digital Media Production, Video Production, or related field
- Minimum two years professional experience in digital media production, including studio production, cinematography, and video editing
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, ENG cameras, DSLR cameras, and digital cinema cameras
- Proficiency in operating multicamera video switchers for live or recorded broadcasts
- Two years teaching and/or training in the field preferred; experience preferably at the college level

- Experience with digital media production techniques

Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with ENG, DSLR, and digital cinema cameras

- Ability to teach and mentor students in various aspects of digital media production
