Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute digital marketing strategies that align with and enhance the firm’s ability to achieve business development and thought leadership goals.
  • Design and implement marketing automation solutions that enhance audience segmentation efforts, streamline workflows, and nurture leads.
  • Lead email marketing strategy, including personalization, audience targeting, A/B testing, and other avenues to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Advise on website UX, including with respect to data structure, form optimization, A/B page testing, CTA implementation, and other aspects of user interaction.
  • Define and implement targeting strategies for web, social media, and search channels (including SEM), analyzing performance and continuously refining tactics based on uncovered insights to generate leads.
  • Partner with content teams to ensure digital content is highly discoverable and achieves penetration with target audiences, conducting keyword research and optimization to maximize visibility.
  • Support technical and on-page SEO initiatives in collaboration with web and technology teams and advance GAIO efforts by aligning content strategies with evolving AI-driven search behaviors.
  • Monitor event and campaign performance and build reports and dashboards to communicate results, translating analytics into actionable recommendations for marketing and business development teams.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to website user experience, user journeys, conversion paths, and overall content performance, collaborating with technical teams on integrations, tagging, and data flow.

Required Education, Knowledge & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of proven success working in a sophisticated digital marketing environment.
  • Keen understanding of how marketing technology ecosystems support campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience in both the strategic and technical aspects of email and website marketing and marketing automation.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), SEO tools, and campaign tracking methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and digital marketing best practices, as well as the interplay between them.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven search trends and optimization strategies.
  • A process-oriented approach and a continual improvement mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $110k - $180k. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
